My experience

I'm currently a single developer who wants to improve my own experience of the board game hobby. Not promising there will be more, but my first public tool is party.explain.games — meant for community-driven board game events.

First project

Party

Plan a game night around the games people actually own. Connect BoardGameGeek collections, organize communities and events, and know who will be at the table.

What can You do?

  • Create or join Your own board game community, either for everyone around You (public) or for Your friends (private)
  • Create a board game event for friends, a community or the public
  • Synchronize BGG game libraries to create a common community poll, decide what to bring to a board game event, compare with friends and see who just bought something new to play
  • Connect to a Discord server and publish events there
  • Organize games in Your own lists
